My mission is simple: to bring comfort and connection to people in a time when stress, frustration, exhaustion and pain hold too much space in our lives. Safe, therapeutic touch is a deeply healing and necessary part of the human experience, and I'm gratefully committed to bringing this service to the community.

My treatment modalities include deep tissue and orthopedic techniques, Swedish massage, and neuromuscular therapies like myofascial trigger point release and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching.
